Will Alltel Activate A Phone Bought Off Ebay And What Costs Are Involved?
Q: I just renewed my 2 yr contract with Alltel. I "upgraded" from a Razr to an LG Scoop but ended up hating it. I want a new phone and was wondering if I could buy one made for Alltel on Ebay and use it? How much will it cost to switch my number over to the new phone, etc?
My BF actually likes the Scoop and wants to switch to it once I get my new phone. (He has a cheapie Samsung R200??) How much will it cost to do this and what should I even say to the Alltel rep??

My samsung phone dropped in the toilet! what do i do?
Hi guys, my samsung SCH-r200 fell in the toilet and it was working fine for 5 mins then it automatically started calling people. then the screen shut off. I tried charging it but it shows a screen and says no battery. when i take it off the charger ,it turns on but says low battery and powers off. What do i do? i just got this phone a week ago too.
Well... You should have taken it apart and dried all the parts. (memory card, SIM card, battery, and the inside of the phone) but now i think it's too late... sorry.. do you have a warranty on it? maybe you can say it was like this when you took it out of the case. LOL little lie.. but then you get a new phone.. try that
